WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY LETTER?

The Dove Post is sent on the 15th of every month. To receive that month's theme, please join by the 14th. If you join after the 14th, your first envelope will be included in the following month's mailing.

US members typically receive their collection within 3–10 days after it is sent. International delivery times may vary and can take 2–6 weeks.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR UPDATE MY INFORMATION?

You can update your subscription, billing information, or mailing address through your account. Please make any changes before the 14th of the month so we can make sure your collection is sent to the correct address.

WHAT IF MY LETTER DOES NOT ARRIVE?

Because The Dove Post travels through regular mail, sometimes delays can happen. If your letter has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to denise@livelydove.com and I will be happy to help.
